Terms and Conditions
a) Payment – 100% as advance at the time of booking.
b) Logo, Write-up, Photographs, Images and any other advertisement matter is to be provided by advertisers on letterhead with sign & co. stamp/seal at the time of booking.
c) Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
d) Drafts/Remittance in Foreign Currency other than US Dollars is accepted by equating it with US Dollar equivalent All other charges (if any) are extra & are charged at actuals.
e) Crossed A/c. Payee Cheques/Demand Drafts are to be made in favor of “Lavender Enterprises”.
f) All disputes are subject to Bangalore jurisdiction only.
g) Cash payments are NOT accepted, kindly excuse
h) Currency Exchange rate assumed @ INR. 40 per USD.
Service Taxes are charged extra wherever applicable at the time of invoicing.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
1. CHEQUE Option:
Please choose the required ‘Advertisement Space’ from the table above and make out a crossed Account Payee cheque in favor of ‘Lavender Enterprises’ for the ‘Discounted Tariff’ from the above table. Kindly arrange to send the Cheque by Courier Service or Registered Post. Local/Outstation cheques are definitely accepted.
2. DEMAND DRAFT Option:
Please choose the required ‘Advertisement Space’ from the table above and arrange for a crossed Account Payee Demand Draft in favor of ‘Lavender Enterprises’ payable at Bangalore for the ‘Discounted Tariff’ from the above table. Kindly arrange to send the DD by Courier Service or Registered Post.
3. CASH Option:
